INSURANCE:. Boats carry hull insurance for the value of the
boat, minus one percent deductable. In the event of loss or damage
to either the hull or any of the equipment, the charterer will be
responsible for that dectable amount.
SECURITY DEPOSIT/CHARTER AGREEMENT: Prior to any charter,
the Charterer will sign a Charter Agreement and authorize, on a credit
card, a Security Deposit equal to the full amount of the insurenance
deductable for the boat being chartered.
NAVIGATION LIMITS: North to Point Conception, South to Rio
Santo Tomas, Mexico.
I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD this document, and warrant that
the information contained herein and on my Sailing Resume is correct.
I am fully aware that sailing, like other sports has its inherent
dangers. I am aware of these dangers and accept them as part of the
spot of sailing.
